Exercise: card sort and IA diagram

• Cards before sorting — one feature or content item per card.
• Cards after sorting — clear groups.
• Labeled groups — names in the user’s words.
• IA / navigation diagram — home, sections, utilities, and any non-conventional feature from your insight.

Someone else should find the main shopping (or core) job without asking where you hid it.

• Conventions sit where people expect them.
• Non-conventional features have an intentional place.
• Labels match research language.
• Diagram is tidy enough for a portfolio PDF or slide.
